It's probably no secret that we like to drink.

Post your favorite drinks, or mixed drinks you've discovered the WONDER of--HERE!

Just to get the ball rolling...
I recently went to a Chinese Polyanna Party with my girlfriend's family.
A few days before, I had a delicious drink, made by our mutual friend, ANTHONY, called "Apple Pie."

Essentially, it's moonshine.
Everclear, Apple Cider, and Cinnamon.

Anyways...
At the party, I was repeatedly thanked by EVERYONE in this family for introducing a NEW "Apple Pie."

There was no Everclear at the party, so I used:

Smirnoff Vodka, Sparkling Apple Cider, and Ground Cinnamon...

Fucking delicious. Tasted exactly the same, only...not as powerful (since it wasn't Everclear)...

i would call myself a beer man so ill quickly review some of my favorite lesser known brews.

Stone Brewery-Arrogant Bastard Ale: A hoppy ale that is somewhat similar to an IPA but more kick ass. Strong, smooth beginning with a hoppy finish. Def not your fizzy yellow, american beer.

Dogfish Head-60 Minute IPA-A fruity, hoppy beer that may be the best IPA I've ever had, slightly ahead of Sierra Nevada. Although 60 minute is my favorite beer from Dogfish Head, they have many other great brews.

Manayunk Brewery-Schuylkill Punch- Although I'm normally not a huge fan of fruitier beers, this beer really packs some punch with a 7.0ABV. It has the right balance of sweetness and bitterness to make this a very good beer.

the manayunk brewery fucking blows. i always think to try something there, forgetting that i really dont like their beer, and get something crappy.

having said that, peppermint schnapps is the shit. cinnamon schnapps, too. then again, i'm the only person i know who drinks martinis with gin....

I'm lazy, so here is my awesome drink for lazy people.

1) Realize that the venue you're at anyway (midnight bowling, for example) has black light.

2) Order a gin and tonic like you would have anyway.

3) Freak people out because your drink is glowing.

I don't like the Manayunk Brewery's selection that much. However, the Schuylkill Punch is decent if I'm in the mood for it.

I disagree that the Manayunk Brewery "fucking blows" however. Their food is really good.
